TXP appoints Nick Southwell as Group CFO to Help Drive Ongoing Growth
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Southwell as Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO), to further strengthens our leadership team and support our ongoing growth.

Nick brings with him extensive private equity and M&A experience, along with a great track record of building outstanding finance organisations. Most recently, he was the CFO at Tenzing-backed Activpayroll, a global payroll and mobility specialist, helping the company to significantly increase sales and EBITDA over a period of four years. Prior to this, Nick has held a number of senior finance positions at organisations including Evaluate, a data analysis provider for pharmaceuticals, and Valueworks, a platform that helps to reduce the costs of maintaining housing. In addition, Nick has acted as a board advisor for several tech startups.
