John Antunes
Chief Executive Officer
John has worked in senior leadership roles in the global technology sector across the past 25 years. Prior to this appointment, he was Group Managing Director at ClearCourse, the software and payments business. Previous to that he was Chief Operating Officer at Accenture’s Edenhouse business. He has also worked in senior leadership roles at SAP, Microsoft and Sage.
Matt Fox
Chief Operations Officer
Matt leads Operations within TXP driving efficiency, sustainability and excellence across the organisation. His ability to manage change effectively has been pivotal in guiding organisations through transitions, ensuring that they emerge stronger and more resilient. Matt has worked in the IT for over 35 years and has over 25 years’ experience of building high performing teams.
Andrew Spencer
Chief Finance Officer
Andrew leads the organisation’s financial strategy, planning, and performance. With over 10 years of experience in finance and senior leadership roles, Andrew brings a strong track record in driving growth, optimising operational efficiency, and ensuring robust financial governance.
Wendy Morgan
Corporate Development and Key Accounts Officer
Wendy currently serves as Corporate Development Officer, bringing 43 years of experience in the Technology and Professional Services sector to support the company’s continued growth. She works closely with senior leadership teams at our key client organisations to help them execute their technology strategies.
Wendy also leverages her experience to identify merger and acquisition opportunities as part of TXP’s growth strategy. Before joining TXP, she held senior leadership roles where she successfully built specialist technology and legacy modernisation teams, delivering multi-year contracts for enterprise and blue-chip clients.
Claire Aspinall
Group Head of Marketing
Claire leads the marketing strategy at TXP, driving brand growth, market expansion, and customer engagement across the companies target markets. With a strong background in brand building, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy, Claire plays a critical role in aligning marketing with commercial goals, and brings a proven track record of delivering scalable, data-driven marketing programs that fuel business growth. Prior to joining TXP, Claire held senior marketing leadership roles within leading technology companies including FTSE 100 Capita.
Jules Gordon
Strategic Advisor
Jules provides strategic HR advisory services on a fractional basis, bringing deep expertise in change, transformation and M&A, within the technology sector and private equity businesses. TXP benefits from her proven track record of navigating complex transitions and driving growth in dynamic environments. Jules is also a workplace mediator and Executive Leadership coach.
