A leading digital transformation provider specialising in cloud, connectivity, and communication services. Their end client is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of building materials and equipment, with a nationwide branch network supporting the construction and home improvement sectors.
The Challenge
- Mid-project supplier failure required a rapid change in logistics strategy.
- Tight scheduling constraints: only two regions could be worked on at any one time.
- Coordination of 15 engineers to complete up to two sites per day.
- Full project oversight needed, including scheduling, sign-off collection, and weekly MI reporting.
The Solution

Weekly progress calls were established to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring momentum was maintained throughout. A structured resource plan was implemented to optimise engineer deployment, while seamless regional transitions supported consistent delivery across locations. Additionally, end-to-end logistics support was adapted in response to supplier changes, ensuring timelines remained unaffected and delivery stayed on track.
