Everyone is welcome at TXP. We’ve nurtured a talent pipeline that encourages people from all backgrounds to fulfil their potential. And we embrace a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion.

There are numerous employee-driven initiatives in place at TXP to support colleagues with their mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing. And everyone here is encouraged to take two days a year out to volunteer for community projects.

TXP celebrates events such as International Women’s Day, Pride and religious festivals. We champion under-represented voices in tech. And we’re committed to outreach work with local schools.

Importantly, we’re also committed to a sustainable future through practical action. Much of our business has been carbon neutral for more than two years and we’re now pushing the whole of TXP towards a carbon-positive status.

From looking after our colleagues and our clients, to supporting local communities and the future of our planet, we’re determined to be a force for good – across people and technology.
