TXP recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™

The 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list was launched this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising TXP among the prestigious list of organisations in the Technology Sector.

The recognition reflects feedback directly from TXP employees, who’ve highlighted the company’s open culture, clear communication and commitment to building an environment where people can do their best work. Employees pointed to regular business updates, transparent leadership, and a focus on both what and how we deliver as key reasons why TXP is a great place to work.

Over the last year, TXP has continued to invest in creating a healthy, engaged and thriving workplace. This has included the launch of Wellbeing and Engagement Forums across the group, helping colleagues shape initiatives that directly support employee wellbeing and engagement.

A key focus for TXP has been embedding its CARES values across the business. These values place clients at the centre of decision-making while encouraging colleagues to remain agile, take responsibility, pursue excellence and contribute to shared success. Employees have highlighted the strong alignment between these values and their day-to-day work, as well as the emphasis on supporting colleagues, maintaining professionalism and delivering great outcomes for clients.

Employees commented:

“The company is open and upfront about all the changes and where we are heading, with regular updates, company rebranding and weekly management one-to-ones.”

A key part of TXP’s strategy is to “Create a healthy, engaged, thriving environment for employees to bring their A game”

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.  The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

John Antunes, CEO, TXP (Technology x People) said: “Being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech is something we’re incredibly proud of because it’s based entirely on what our people tell us about working at TXP. Over the last year we’ve brought different businesses together as one TXP, introduced new ways for colleagues to engage with the business, focused on creating a culture where people feel informed, supported and valued. This recognition belongs to every colleague who helps make TXP a great place to work every day. “

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK said:   “The technology sector continues to evolve at pace, with advances in AI and digital innovation reshaping the way organisations operate and people work. In an environment defined by constant change, the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ demonstrate that a strong people-first culture is key to building confidence, connection, and trust. Through purposeful investment in their workplace culture, transparent leadership, and a commitment to supporting their employees, these organisations create environments where people feel secure, valued, and empowered to embrace what comes next. Congratulations to TXP on being recognised as a UK’s Best Workplace in Tech™ and for creating a culture where people can thrive.”
