TXP celebrates a run of award wins and shortlists
We’re absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news, TXP has had a standout run of award recognition this year, with two wins from SME News and a growing list of shortlistings across industry and employer awards. It’s recognition of both the technology work we deliver for our clients and the culture behind the people who deliver it, because for us, those two things have always been the same story.
The wins
TXP has won two awards from SME News:
– Digital Transformation Business of the Year 2026 โ West Midlands
– Employee Experience Excellence Award 2026 โ West Midlands
Two very different categories, but they make the same point: strong client outcomes and a strong place to work aren’t in competition with each other. They come from the same source.
The shortlists
And the good news doesn’t stop there. Alongside those wins, we’ve also been shortlisted for:
– Business Culture Awards 2026 โ Best Small Organisation for Business Culture (our latest shortlisting)
– UK IT Industry Awards โ Best Place to Work
– Growing Business Awards โ The Saffery Award for Growing Business of the Year
– Growing Business Awards โ Employer of the Year
We’re also incredibly proud that two of our own have been individually recognised at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards:
– Ruth Carnegie โ shortlisted for Outstanding Returner of the Year
– Lisa Nicholson โ shortlisted for Digital Leader of the Year
It’s a wide spread of categories, business growth, culture, workplace, and individual leadership, but there’s one thread running through all of it: our technology work only stands up because of the people building it.
A word from our Director of Marketing
“When we launched TXP just last year, we knew we wanted to build something different, a business where people and technology grow together, not in spite of each other. To go from a standing start to this kind of recognition across the industry in such a short space of time says everything about the culture we’ve built. Awards are nice, but what they really tell you is that people believe in what we’re doing, both our team and our clients. That’s the bit I’m proudest of.”
โ Claire, Director of Marketing
What’s driving it
Behind the numbers, it comes down to a few simple things: people-led growth, a genuinely great culture, a relentless focus on our clients, and a brand positioning that sets us apart. Put those together, and you get a business where the technology and the people behind it grow in step with each other.
What’s next
We’re not slowing down. If this sounds like the kind of place you’d want to build your career, we’re always keen to hear from people who care about doing great work and being part of a culture like ours, take a look at our current roles and get in touch.
