The Challenge
The client needed to upgrade connectivity across hundreds of fuel retail sites to support operational efficiency and future scalability. Key challenges included:
- Late-stage scope expansion with 100+ additional sites requiring rapid resource reallocation
- Maintaining full coverage and scheduling efficiency across a large, distributed network
- Ensuring seamless logistics and WEEE-compliant disposal without impacting timelines
- Minimising disruption to daily operations during on-site deployments

We coordinated a team of 13 engineers to install routers across 492 sites, completing up to three locations per day. Weekly progress calls and scoping meetings ensured alignment and proactive issue resolution.
TXP also managed all logistics, including device delivery and environmentally responsible disposal of decommissioned equipment, fully compliant with WEEE regulations. Our flexible resource model allowed us to absorb late-stage changes without compromising delivery.
